Return Eligibility & Conditions:
1. Return requests must be initiated within 30 days from the date of order delivery.
2. The product should be returned in its original jar, bottle, or packaging along with batch information cards.

Refund Processing:
- Once your returned package is received and inspected by our quality inspection team, your refund is processed within 3 to 5 business days.
- For domestic orders across Pakistan, refunds are issued directly via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash.
- For international retail orders, refunds are credited back to your original payment method.
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
